MSP Engineering is pleased to announce that it has signed an exclusive agency agreement with Allmineral GMBH & Co for the distribution of specialized mineral processing equipment.

Allmineral is a privately owned German company the specializes in the supply of mineral processing equipment including alljig® wet jigs, allflux® classifiers, gaustec® wet high intensity magnetic separators and allair® air jigs specifically developed fro the iron ore, coal, industrial minerals and waste management sectors.

A brief synopsis of the product lines are detailed below and further information can be researched from website www.allmineral.com

alljig® - a wet jig. This product primarily separates high density material from low density material via stratification and separation processes (jigging process) and can treat particles ranging in size between 1 – 150mm. The alljig® can treat a broad range of feeds with materials of varying density including raw and waste materials: sand and gravel, coal, iron ore, other mineral ores, dross, ballast and various recycling materials.

allflux® - a three product upward current classifier. The classifier comprises of two classification stages that it includes sorting, separating, thickening and cleaning all in one step. Current designs have throughput capacities of up to 2,000 cubic meters per hour for sand and gravel applications with a top size of up to 4 mm..

allair® - a dry jig. As the name suggests the process utilizes air and not water for the upgrade process. The allair®-jig has historically been utilized in coal applications (hard and brown coals) and offers coal producers the ability to produce marketable products at the lowest possible cost using a dry process.

gaustec® - a wet high intensity magnetic separator. This WHIMS separates ores and other paramagnetic and feebly magnetic minerals with a particle size up to 3 mm. High gradient magnetic fields are used which can be independently adjustable for each rotor allowing rougher and cleaner/scavenger process steps to occur in a single machine. The throughput rates of the machines range from 6 to 240 t/h.

Securing the the allmineral agency is of significant benefit to MSP Process Solutions Pty Ltd and this allows the business to fully develop the Australian market place as allmineral has done so in the international market place. The allmineral technologies will be readily available to the MSP Engineering organization if required and will enhance the group’s capabilities for process solutions in more specialized mineral beneficiation applications.

Recently MSP Process Solutions secured two small but strategic orders for laboratory allflux® units (the “miniflux”) that will be installed in two high profile Perth laboratories in early 2010. The potential demand for beneficiating minus 2mm material is significant in forthcoming projects especially in the iron ore market. The allflux technology is well placed to offer an alternative to traditional two product upward current classification and spiral concentration.
